Lately, B has decided that Gus is his new best friend. He chases Gussy all over the house, laughing the whole time, and then when he catches Gus, B gives him lots of hugs and sugars... and pulls his tail. So adorable.

Snow Day!

It snowed in Houston for the second year in a row! Work and school were cancelled, so we got to have a snow day!

Stopping to Smell the Flowers

One of Brooks' favorite books to read these days is "Pat the Bunny." He used to skip over the page where Paul smells the flowers, but now he has decided that he can smell the flowers, too. He puts his nose right on the page and starts sniffing away!

Giraffe Buddy

Every now and then, Brooks notices the giraffe in his room. He runs over to it, laughs and touches its long eyelashes, and then tries to give him a kiss. Here they are on an adventure.

New Dog Beds

We got some new beds for the pups. B and Pop decided to check them out first -- they passed.

First Haircut

Brooks got his first haircut earlier this month. Miss Maria was amazing and let B drive a truck while she cut his hair. He even let her use the shears to trim his neck!

Hoppy Halloween!

This year for Halloween, Brooks dressed up like a bunny rabbit. Mommy & Pop even went to his Halloween party at school!

Pop's shoes were just begging for some company.

Super B to the Rescue!

Gram let B pick out the coolest firetruck for his birthday, then taught him how to ride it! He really likes to push the button with the siren. A lot.

Cooking

On Sunday, Brooks played in the kitchen. He had a great time putting the spoon in the bowl, then taking a bite. Wonder what he was eating...?

A Tah!

Now that Brooks is facing forward in his car seat, he has become amazed by cars. He shouts "A Tah!" ("A Car!") and makes the sign for car, at each one that passes by. At home, he is all about playing with his tahs on his new picnic table. It's altogether precious.
